Take control of your MIDI files: Midiphile sorts out your songs By Chris Williams. Published: 24th Nov 23:00:05 | Permalink | Printable Firstly, I really don't know who has written the MIDI utility 'Midiphile'. I do know his name is Lenny, he is a 'cyber peasant' and he has written a shedload of RISC OS software.
While I wait for an email reply from the druid, Lenny has recently updated his Midiphile application. Midiphile basically scans through a MIDI file and generates a text file describing the MIDI fie contents.
It also removes redundant and unwanted MIDI events from the file.
Filters can be set up to concentrate Midiphile on certain sections of the MIDI file and it is apparently good at fixing 'hanging notes' which should be a benefit to Sibelius users.

The leaked ROL licence is the dullest thing you will ever read Having had the authenticity of an anonymously leaked partial copy of RISCOS Ltd's licence to develop and distribute RISC OS confirmed and having read through its contents, we wondered why we bothered.
