Web redirection for e-squaddiesBy Chris Williams. Published: 15th Jan 19:52:28 | Permalink | Printable
Today, Drobe has learnt of Steven Scott's project to provide web redirection from his sassquad.com domain. By becoming an e-squaddie, you can initially set up a redirection from Steve's site to yours. For example:
http://drobe.sassquad.com could point to www.drobe.co.uk
Target websites will need a 'fixed IP address', so websites provided by free ISPs are out. Steve's sassquad.com website features articles about the net and web design as well as a RISC OS area.
In an email to Drobe, Steve explained, "I'd like to get some feedback from users who may be interested in being an 'e-squaddie.'"
