Developer seeking icon designer, GSOH non-smokerWebsite RISCOS.info has set up a couple of simple webpages to get developers and punters working closer together. Coders John Tytgat and Theo Markettos created some space on the site's wiki to allow people to request help with their projects. And others looking to get involved in a project can sign up to show they are willing to help.
It is hoped the straight forward webpages will be used over time to coordinate future software development. The move came after users called for ways to collaborate with programmers on applications, such as providing documentation, testing and other work.
Acccording to the site, "If you have something you feel you can contribute to riscos.info or other RISC OS projects, but don't know where it might be needed, put some contact details on your userpage and state what you want to contribute on this page. Interested developers can then get in touch."
