Big Ben Club organises mini-Expo Published: 19th Sep 2007, 05:25:20 | Permalink | PrintablePunters gather for cosy chat this Saturday An informal get together for RISC OS users on the continent will take place this month. According to its organisers, the Big Ben Club, the event is supposed to replace the Dutch Expo show, which was cancelled in August.
It's hoped the day will be a more laid back and relaxed affair, akin to a large user group meeting, rather than an official show - although everyone from enthusiasts to dealers are welcome. Free coffee, a LAN and Internet access will be provided, and the club will bring along its Iyonix and Omega computers. Punters are encouraged to bring their own kit.
Big Ben Club secretary Jos Uljin told us: "The atmosphere definitely will be RISC OS-centred."
The gathering takes place on Saturday September 22 from 10am to 5pm. See the link below for directions and more details.
