NetSurf's Iconv component updated

Version 0.10 of the character set conversion utility is available for download and future builds of NetSurf, which is among various applications that use it, will require this new release. This new release fixes a few problems found in the 0.09 version, including the *iconv command handling.

We also produced a guide to installing resources such as iconv, as previous upgrades showed some users weren't familiar with what to do.
