"ROL and ROOL will eventually kiss and make up"

ROL and ROOL publicly stated there is no issue between them. I therefore fail to see the need to this voting option.

Except one company's website claims exclusive rights to develop RISC OS, which doesn't rub well with there being another company developing RISC OS.

But as long as there isn't a punch up going on, lets live and let live.

Well do you expect precise options when "David Holden sleeps easy at night" is one of them ...

I assume it meant that they really join forces

I also fail to see the reason for constantly having "Dave Holden" appear in these poles. It serves no purpose whatsoever.

I see a sense of humour failure. Drobe is an amusing tabloid. Let it continue to have hysterical running jokes, even if some people don't get them.

I have questioned the inclusion of Dave Holden on many occasions. Why do any of you think that anyone should be included on Drobe as a source of ridicule or as an hysteric running joke? How about acting as Adults. EVERYONE has the right to be treated with respect and dignity, even MPs. So I sincerely hope that Dave Holden's name will not be used in any future polls, that do not involve him directly.

It does serve a purpose: It kind of ensures that discussion is longer...

And it kind of gives you the feeling that the person setting up the polls is a weirdo!

A vote for Dave Holden provides an opportunity to "spoil your ballot paper" when you don't agree with any of the other candidates.

What has puzzled me for sometime is the two-tone colour system. Ie the pink and the blue colours on the bars. A key would help.

I used to think it was something to do with the blue being guest votes, and the red being logged in members votes, but seeing that I couldn't vote as a guest this time, I guess that's not the case.

It's pretty :@P

Pretty much. The red indicates the percentage of people who voted with accounts and blue for anonymous guests. Apologies, I keep meaning to put the key back in...

I hadn't even noticed there were two colours; the images used for the bars make it difficult for the hue-sense-impaired people like myself to spot. Perhaps just solid 0xff0000 and 0x0000ff?

While at it, please take DH out for good.

As well as voting privileges for anybody with no sense of humour.

Including DH two or three times is humurous. More than that could be seen as victimisation.

Who said DH is a victim in this, rather than being celebrated as a heroic celebrity? Running jokes have to be running.

Aren't there laws against inciting violence like that? :-)

I think that this weeks poll is now well into last months poll. Perhaps we need a poll on the poll bar colours?
