RISC OS does other news sitesBy Chris Williams. Published: 12th May 2002, 18:54:39 | Permalink | Printable
Like ham and fresh crisp salad, we're on a roll (Updated)We were a bit reluctant to post this news article, as it might seem that we were desparate for news. Anyway, we were quite excited by the news that Slashdot and OS News both carried news items relating to the release of Select CD 1 and RISC OS 4.29. If you don't know what Slashdot and OSNews are then just get the hell out.
It's great that someone outside the RISC OS community spotted the release and given our recent article on RISC OS getting a mention in the US press, it seems we're on a roll. Kinda.
Drobe.co.uk was informed last night that it was in fact iconbar.com forum regular MarcoF that posted the Slashdot.org article. Three cheers to him.
