Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's Martin Wuerthner!MW Software, Artworks module and patch developer, has released an Artworks update for users of Windfall Engineering's Viewfinder graphics card which intends to speed up rendering of Artworks pages.
"Up to now, rendering the blank ArtWorks page introduced a noticeable delay on ViewFinder equipped machines", explains Martin of MW Software. "With the latest version of AWFixMod (1.02) installed, ArtWorks uses accelerated graphics operations, so the redraw of the blank page is almost instantaneous."
Martin also reveals in his announcement that further enhancements for ViewFinder users are currently in development.
