Blame the sysadmins, they're not even a real country anyway. iconbar.com is back.Is it a Denial of Service attack? Is it a broken router? It is a lack of financial funds? No, it's the ISP. Really.
"Sorry about the recent downtime", Richard Goodwin explains regarding the recent disappearance of iconbar.com and its empire of mini-sites, "one of the sysadmins at the ISP decided that Knox (aka Neo3) was in the wrong place, moved it, and didn't check that it had properly restarted. This at least means I've been to see where Knox lives, and have some photos to post later."
Knox, the OnePointNought server which hosts various RISC OS sites as well as news site iconbar.com is indeed back online having suffered some unfortunate time offline. Glad to have you back.
