Linux is given the RISC OS look

Thomas Leonard has updated his RISC OS style desktop enviroment for Linux, featuring the pinboard, drag'n'drop, filer directories and all.
ROX has been reviewed in Acornuser and will appeal to users who moved from RISC OS to Linux.
