Wakefield 2003 website update By Chris Williams. Published: 14th Feb 2003, 23:50:01 | Permalink | PrintablePosters, web banners, exhibitors, the whole deal Steve Potts, chairman of the Wakefield RISC OS Computer Club, is undoubtably keen to promote the forthcoming Wakefield 2003 show, and that's quite probably why we were sent an email about various interesting updates to the show website. We assume Steve and co are aiming to build on the sucess of last year whose highlights included Castle showing off their USB kit for the first time and RiscStation's not-so-portable laptop making a brief appearance. The 2003 event, again in mid-May, will play host to exhibitors like Acorn User, Aemulor.com (still waiting on that Aemulor demo), CJE, R-Comp, STD and more. Lots more, we hope, as the venue can take about 35 possible stands.
"The Wakefield show website is being constantly updated with new exibitors coming onboard and publicity materials", Steve reminded us in his email. "Why not help us promote the premier RISC OS Computer show and once again make it the success which it has been in previous years."
Indeed, you can now download colourful posters of the show (in PDF format) and there's details on linking to the event website from your own website, like this:
