RISC OS Modules Database By Peter Naulls. Published: 3rd Apr 2003, 12:44:31 | Permalink | PrintableGet your fresh modules here Even though we weren't contacted about this, it just goes to show that no RISC OS news escapes Drobe, your premier RISC OS news site. Peter Howkins has just announced a module database, featuring information on what OS versions (and he's got a very long list of versions of RISC OS - Arthur, NCOS, and everything in between up to RISC OS 5.02) contain what modules.
The information is both of historical and current interest, and Peter's database lets you do various kinds of queries, such as finding out the history of a given module - discoverig what versions of it appeared in a given OS release. You can also compare the versions of modules between two different OSes.
All in all, a useful resource, since this information isn't readily available elsewhere. Peter also encourages you to contribute if you know information about a module that isn't in the database.
