World stats, music, CVS and moreLet's get cracking. James Bursa has released EarthData, a geographical database. Users can look up information on any country on our mere planet and the software used to be sold through APDL on a CD, apparently.
The RISC OS port of CVS by John Tytgat has been updated to fix spurious directory creation and have better support for weird Unix filenames. CVS is a version control system for developers.
Dave Watson, man of a thousand themes (give or take 996), has created a very cool new skin for Oregano 1 that mirrors Apple's Safari web browser. The theme has a brushed metal style and subtly curved buttons.
Also, version 2.56 of DigitalCD is now out. DigitalCD can handle playback for a crazy range of digital music formats and the biggest new feature is support for streamed MP3 and Ogg Vorbis Internet radio.
