Castle Offer Continues

By Peter Naulls. Published: 5th Dec 2003, 22:35:14 | Permalink | Printable

Champagne for every purchase

Champagne!Castle today announced they were continuing their Iyonix first birthday offer. In a release today, they related "due to the unprecedented success of last Friday's Champagne offer Castle has decided to extend the Champagne and Chocolates offer for another week".

The upshot is that if you order a 512MB Iyonix before 5pm on Friday 12th of December, you'll get a complimentary bottle of champagne and box of chocolates. This is addition to the free 19" monitor and USB card reader given with the machine. It might just be the Xmas present you're waiting for.

Castle also remind us that they are hosting a presentation for their machine at Edinburgh airport on Monday 8th December starting at 7.30pm.

Did someone at Castle "accidently" order too much champagne and chocolates only then to be discovered by their boss? Are the majority of Castle customers alcholics increasing demand? Or are people buying lots of Iyonix's with the idea of wrapping up the champagne and chocolates and giving them to their mother/grandad/pet rabbit for Christmas? I smell a cover up! :D

Either that, or Castle didn't shift as many Iyonixes as they were hoping :)

Hmm. I meant to type 'shift'. A genuine typo. It's clearly far too late.

feel free to mention anytime the problem as a bug in the 'site ideas' forum, which is where this matter should be discussed, and not here.

Yeah, I would. But nobody seems to actually take note of bug reports or suggestions there :)

We do take notice, you just have to give us time to figure out how to write the fixes and apply them. Not all bugs with the site are as critical as others. Just be paitent ;)
