RISC OS 5 online docs updated

SWI changes

32bit logoDevelopers of RISC OS 5 and the XScale Iyonix, Castle have updated their concise online developer documentation for RISC OS 5.

The Wimp API changes include changes to Wimp_CreateWindow and icon validation flags. The PCI API and ClaimDeviceVector behaviour have also changed.
