CLib release fixes Fireworks, Pipedream problem By Chris Williams. Published: 28th Jan 2004, 16:25:24 | Permalink | PrintableSharedCLibrary up to 5.47 In December last year, users of Pipedream and Fireworks were warned of a problem with Castle's SharedCLibrary (CLib) that interfered with the packages' INT() function. The bug, described as serious at the time, apparently only arose for users of 26bit RISC OSes with CLib 5.46 loaded. It was unknown at the time if the same fault affected other software.
Now in response, Castle have released version 5.47 of their CLib module which reportedly corrects the problem. RISC OS Select user Rex Palmer, who first spotted the fault, confirmed today that the new version of CLib works with Pipedream and Fireworks.
