
VirtualAcorn have lowered the price of VirtualRiscPC-Adjust to 119 quid, which excludes postage. VA, run by 3QD, are also no longer charging VAT on their software, resulting in an effective price "slash" of 24 quid. Similarly, upgrading from VirtualRiscPC-SE to VirtualRiscPC-Adjust has been cut by 31 quid. VA neglected to tell us about the change in VAT status.
Emulation package VirtualRiscPC-Adjust is supplied with RISCOS Ltd's RISC OS 4.39, and the company says that it's "keen to ensure that users keep up to date with the latest developments in RISC OS."
VA recently announced their 3,000th registered user. Last month, they also sneaked out a number of free upgrades for VirtualRiscPC. The updates included bug fixes and an updated telephone number that the software copy protection system displays if the user is locked out of their application.
