
Last month saw the official stable release of Linux 2.6.0, the open source UNIX-esque operating system that's developed across the world by a huge community of developers. The ARM Linux port followed soon after with an rmk1 and rmk2 release.
Information on ARM Linux and building it on your ARM powered hardware can be found here, although the compilation instructions are mildly out of date as the 2.6 build system has changed since 2.4.
