Dear All,

The dates and Venues for the RISC OS Christmas Roadshow have now been
finalised.

As you may expect at this time of year finding suitable venues has proved
tricky and consequently there are some restrictions on the amount of space
available (and in London on the time available).

The Venues are as follows:-

Thursday 15th December
----------------------
The Bassett Suite
West Bromwich Albion Football Club
The Hawthorns
West Bromwich
West Midlands
B71 4LF

This venue is located on the second floor in a room 14M x 16M.
(For comparison this is approximately half the size of the Webbington
Hotel in Weston Super Mare.) There is space for approximatley 30 tables.

The cost is £30 per table.

The venue will be available from 12.00 p.m to set-up and the opening time
will be from 4.00 p.m - 8.00 p.m


Friday 16th December

The cost is £30 per table.

Opening time will again be from 4.00 p.m - 8.00 p.m



Saturday 17th December

The Garden Suite
Best Western Cumberland Hotel
St Johns Road
Harrow
Middx
HA1 2EF

This venue is 14M x 8M and can accomodate approx 15 tables.
Since a number of you can't make the London venue this shouldn't
be a problem.

The timings for this venue are that it is available from 9.00 - 15:30. The
opening time will be 11.00 - 3.00. This will allow everyone time to get
home at a reasonable hour.

The cost is £30 per table. There will be an initial limit to 2 tables
per company, with more available if space and bookings allows.

General

Please note that there will be no admission charges for visitors in order
to encourage attendance. The cost of the tables has been kept as low as
possible to help everyone make some money on the events.

Please let me know how many tables you would like and for which venues ASAP.
