PRESS RELEASE ------------- The organisers of this years Wakefield RISCOS Computer Show over the weekend of 15th and 16th May 2004 are very pleased to be able to announce that they will once again be running a series of prize draws throughout the weekend with the main draw taking place on the Sunday which will have a major top prize for everyone who has come to the show, plus another top prize drawn on the Saturday in Castle's draw which is primarily only open to advance ticket holders (see Castle's conditions below). Many others exhibitors have also contributed various prizes. The other prizes will be drawn in lots on both Saturday and Sunday. To enter the draw(s) visitors must have filled in the necessary information on their show ticket. Completed prize draw entry forms should be taken to the WROCC club stand just inside the entrance to the show. The top four prizes have been donated by: Stuart Tyrrell Developments (sponsors of the Small Developer Community stands) & Castle Technology (sponsors of the Walkie Talkies being used during the show). The two top prizes are: ----------------------- A6 with 17" TFT, or a refund of machine value for existing A6 owner (see stand for details) - donated by Stuart Tyrrell Developments One £ 500 money off voucher for an Iyonix pc (see Castle's terms and conditions below) - donated by Castle Technology The top two second prizes are: ------------------------------ RiscPC expansion to the value of £ 150 (see stand for details) - drawn on Saturday. - donated by Stuart Tyrrell Developments Five x £ 100 money off vouchers for an Iyonix pc (see Castle's terms and conditions below) - donated by Castle Technology Other Prizes include: --------------------- 2 copies of Virtual RPC, £250 worth of vouchers from APDL, Magzine Subscriptions, etc.. When will they be drawn: ------------------------ The A6 prize will be drawn during the Sunday afternoon (16th May) - 14:30 approx. The Iyonix pc money off vouchers and the RiscPC expansion to the value of £ 150 will take place on the Saturday (the vouchers will be in the IYONIX PC "MONEY OFF" PRIZE DRAW at 12 noon and the other prize will be drawn a little later. Who are the top prizes open too: -------------------------------- The prizes donated by Stuart Tyrrell Developments can be won by any ticket holder (who has filled in the entry form) prior to the actual draw taking place for that item. It is also open to all the volunteer helpers at the show. Thus the A6 prize will be open to all those who come to the show on either Saturday or Sunday. The Voucher prizes have the following conditions set by Castle: 1. can only be used for the purchase of an IYONIX pc. 2. can be used in conjunction with other IYONIX pc offer(s). 3. can only be redeemed during the show. The Castle draw to take place at 12.00 on Saturday 15th May 2004 Therefore the Voucher prizes can only be available to advance purchased tickets (who will automatically be entered into this Castle draw) and tickets purchased on the door, prior to the draw at 12 Noon.
