Ok I've done a little investigating but I could be totally wrong. However bear with me.
OnePointNought's server (Knox) is hosted, according to NetCraft, by AboveNet. Other sites hosted by AboveNet appear to be working. AboveNet were recently aquired by MFN.com. Now the last hop in a traceroute to iconbar.com, ends up as an MFN machine. I reckon that either a cable's fallen out or Knox has simply crashed.
I can't believe that UUNet's been under a DoS for this long and no one else has said anything.
Best thing to do is just wait for it to get fixed.
