No, because Doom levels (and those for other games) consist of a lot more than the raw map data. You would need another program to set the attributes of walls (texture, alignment, no. of sides, action upon activation) and sectors (light level, floor/ceiling textures, etc). It wuld be much easier to use a dedicated level editor such as the RISC OS port of D.E.T.H.
