harmsy: Such a list would probably need to be drawn up by someone who knows both packages really well, and most businesses that use RiscCAD or ProCAD seem to be firmly committed to either one or the other.

Peter McCafferty, who is one of the beta testers of RiscCAD version 10, and uses it for architectural designs, will be giving a detailed presentation on the new features (and the software in general) at the RISC OS User Group of London this coming Monday, 17th October. Anyone interested can email me for more details.
