Re ROL & Castle not being keen on Open sourcing this is an irrelavence that I have pointed out on more than one occasion! Both ROL and Castle have contracts that forbid them from releasing the sources. I doubt Pace would be agreeable to change the contract without a very large sum being paid, and I think other companies including (E14 inc, MSDW holdings etc) may also need to be 'bought off' In fact given the complicated nature of RISC OS IPR and licensing I'm not sure anyone knows what other companies have rights to what.

Why do people keep bring this up and wasting theirs and others time on it?
