Whether Castle or Pace before them owned everything is irrelevant. What's relevant is that Riscos Ltd has a sub-licence from Pace and now Castle, which means they should abide by Castles rules. One could claim that it's actually Risc OS Ltd who are responisble for the demise of the riscos. Remember that they were reluctant to 32bit the OS a couple of years ago. That made Artex leave the market
