Reply to thread Hzn: Thanks for your clarifications. I'm certainly not blaming you, or anyone else, for this: misunderstandings happen. But it would be great if you and Peter could reach some sort of understanding. From an impartial point of view, a single version with Thomas's and Peter's fixed all consolidated would be most helpful.
