I have filled in all details 2 days ago but haven't heard..." from EasyKees were the two comments that inspired my comment. It wasn't an attack on ROOL. What serious business would leave a comment on a news Web site asking another organisation to email again?!

As for ROOL's Web site - I fully agree. It is a very professional design and they do seem to have grasped PR. With any luck it might rub off on other RISC OS businesses.
