It's OK to criticize BBC BASIC but I'm wondered about the fact that it isn't developed further substantially. In the past I often heard that it is not very well documented so that it isn't easy to make enhancements to BBC BASIC. However, why not guys like Sophie Wilson (aka Roger Wilson) will TODAY document what they have done with BBC BASIC? They could enhance BBC BASIC (speed optimisations, new structures, new keywords and so on) and cultivate this wonderful piece oft software. BTW, of course I would pay (not only peanuts) for this. And since I'm using BBC BASIC I have got a lot of ideas what could/should be done, and over the years I wrote a big wish list. So my request to all who can help; develope BBC BASIC further, please.
