You know what IIRC means, don't you?

To me it looks like you have taken a stubborn "I'm right and so you have to be wrong" view of things, so I see no point of arguing any further.

I'm also wondering in what way such a small issue could hugely damage the RISC OS market. Except maybe by the childish discussion about it alianating some users until they leave the market.

And I'm sorry if I upset you, this was not my intention.
