I do suppose Paul Middleton has interesting stuff to talk about, but his delivery is so dull and monotone

I'm with you. I really do think Paul needs to try and come across more upbeat. All his presentations, even when showing interesting new features of Select, always seem really boring. I think rather than attending that broadcasting(I think that's what he said) seminar, he should be attending talks on how to present and how to engage with the audience.
