Do you need the FPE and Squash to run the desktop? I remember they used to both be softloadable.

Mind you, I seem to recall most of the stuff in Resources: is squashed, so you'd at least need Squash if the tooltips are squashed.

Anyway, I need more news on the burning BBC micro. Was it a sacrifice of some sort?
