Which version of the Lord of the Rings? There was the one which was agreed at the 1967 AGM following the break-up of Tolkien Ltd, and the subsequent incompatible revisions made by third-parties. Of course, these changes are deemed illegal by the rival JRR inc., which has released The Lady of the Loops for a nominal £5 in order to frustrate the freely available Lord of the Open Rings.

I find every version absolutely fascinating. Just like the ROL/Castle dispute.
