I think that last comment a bit unfair. I never thought that Richard had much control with Oregano 3, and did put in a lot of money, before calling it a day. RISC OS users were never going to be willing to pay the sort of sums needed for break even on the project.
With Orpheus he has a solid user base, and a good basic product (if a bit pricey by todays standards, but then how many ISPs offer email, webspace, newsgroups, and uncapped usage? I wish Richard the best of luck.
