Confirm comment report request

RO4.xx = emulators RO5 = new ARM based hardware

Seems a simple split to me ;o) ROL won't have to write a HAL or 32 bit compatibility, Castle won't have to provide Windowsy GUI 'enhancements' ;o)

I feel that we actually need is software new applications (Cino is a good example) to *increase* the number of things that we can do using RISC OS. Maybe changes to the OS will enable/enhance this process.
