Confirm comment report request

No problems here getting to the Isis website. After downloading the source code and having a quick look through it, it looks like it wouldn't be /too/ tricky to update it to 32-bit, but I think it would be an absolute nightmare for someone to come along and try to add new features/update it as (as Chris mentioned earlier) it's written in pure assembler without many comments.
