Confirm comment report request

coling: I see no reason why the RO5 Castle Commercial Licence would be in any way not acceptable to ROL. There are a lot of reasons why ROL does not want to take advantage of this licence - the RO5 code base has sufficiently diverged from the ROL one that "porting" all of Select to RO5 is difficult and time consuming, effectively duplicating effort for not much gain (from the ROL viewpoint).
