Confirm comment report request

I disagree. If I had the choice between a version of RISC OS, that ran on standard PC hardware (through a combination of Linux-kernel-as-HAL, emulation and native binary execution), and a full Linux distribution that only looks like RISC OS and may run a few RISC OS applications that have been converted to it, I would choose the former. If I wanted a full Linux distribution, I would go with a standard Kubuntu.
