Richard Wilson I can understand your point about about competition. However with such a small market and such enormous external competition (MS Apple Linux to name but a few) how on earth is the internal competition at this time going to help the RISC OS market? Especially when most of the internal 'competition' seems to be in the form of 'buy a Windows box and an emulator it's the future of RISC OS'.

As for Castle developing RISC OS well what is the alternative? ROL were supposed to bring us RISC OS 5 but after 5 years they still don't seem to have managed it. Castle have their own non-desktop customers and have a much greater vested interest in promoting (and protecting) the RISC OS brand than ROL seem to.
