Confirm comment report request

Surely the way forward for this sort of problem is to define a new API and behaviour that does what is needed.

Then create a module that provides this API for existing RISC OS versions (and hopefully lets new apps use additional processors).

Once enough programs use the new system, the OS could be rewritten to support the new API directly (the old API might even be supplied by an optional module, rather than remaining in the core of the OS.)

Until the OS were rewritten, all the PMT apps would presumably be one CMT task as far as it is concerned, which would obviously limit its effectiveness.
