Confirm comment report request

I thought I understood Select version numbers till this one came out, anyone have another idea how they line up. My old idea was select XiY == RISC OS 4.(X+1)Y eg

Select 1i9 = 4.29 Select 2i3 = 4.33

but 3i1 as 4.36 should be 4.41

I dunno, maybe I should get out more :)
