AndrewD/Diomus: Aye, I fixed it when I received Chris's mail.

On the subject of *Info's: yes, the subject of who owns material is a difficult one. For example, I have permission from Steve Turnbull (and latterly, John Cartmell) to reproduce AU material - up until the point when AU stopped paying people for articles. So anything recent I find I have to find the authors themselves.

Also: I'm trying to reproduce articles which are primarily about communicating with RISC OS, rather than little graphical ditties or full-blown apps. This is why I've duplicated Mike Goldberg's Acorn Computing articles on sprite plotting, but didn't bother duplicating the ones about weather satellite pictures, flowerboxes, or whattever. But if anyone ever things of a particular article they saw in *Info or whattever that they thing would be especially useful, let me know and I'll contact the appropriate parties for permission.

Cheers!

  • Byte Back convention: show reports and photos by Acorn fans
This month a number of Acorn enthusiasts exhibited their favourite 8-bit kit at Byte Back convention - a two-day UK show that featured all manner of electronic equipment from C64s to arcade cabs demonstrated by their adoring fans. Dave Moore, who was able to secure a few tables for Acorn hardware, organised a meet up for like-minded enthusiasts at the event and gave us this round-up of reports and photos from the show.
