South West 2005 photos, videos

Photo from South West 2005 ShowKris Adcock has published on his website photos and videos from last weekend's South West show. Kris, who initially tipped off Cybervillage of his online efforts, has called on people to email him with amusing captions. Paul Beverley of Archive appears to now be signing copies of his magazine: "To Dave, Enjoy the mag. All the best, Paul".

Meanwhile, the Big Ben Club have confirmed that the RISC OS Expo 2005 will be going ahead this June. The Dutch user group says the popular European mainland event will be held in the usual venue of Hotel Mercure, near Utrecht. Organiser Aad Bezemer added that there will be a show theatre, commenting: "The show offers exhibitions and promotions by various companies, including Dutch, German and British RISC OS dealers, and demonstrations by club members. Visitors are members and non-members from Holland, Belgium and Germany, and so on."

Eeek, that's me in the passenger seat of my little RAV4 (in the second photo, right at the bottom). Did notice a dodgy individual taking snaps in the car park.

Show wasn't open at that point in time ;-). Had to eat plenty of food first to give me strength to keep getting out the credit card, and drink so I could druel over the 19inch LCD panels :-p.

IvanDobski: I don't know - the whole set seemed pretty tongue in cheek and as Mr. Naull's is pretty legendary it was a caption waiting to happen. I can't imagine that any offense was meant or taken.
