Paul Vigay's family reveal funeral arrangements Published: 5th Mar 2009, 12:26:08 | Permalink | PrintableThe family of tragic Paul Vigay have announced details of his funeral, which will be held later this month in Hampshire. His mother, father, sister and partner Louie Smith are still coming to terms with their
