Artex issue TEK patch

It's only been 7 days since TEK1608 showed up at the Wakefield 2002 show and already Artex, developers of the long awaited game, have issued a patch for their real time strategy software.

The TEK patch, available from the Artex website, aims to fix the following bugs:

  • Occasional crash when saving the game
  • Occasional crash when producing new units
  • Production menu bug (negative credits)
  • Corrupt text suggestion when saving
  • HQ needed 2500c instead of 250c


The patch, which weighs in at 310KB, also introduces a pause function into the game. Full details are supplied with the patch.
