| Firstly, you have to be at the South East RISC OS show |
|
drobe.co.uk will be attending the South East show today and we are oh so looking forward to it. Is it because of the new Castle Iyonix? Is it because we want to get some show bargins? No, it's because we want to show off our launchpad t-shirts, which we'll be proudly wearing.
Original t-shirt outline design by iconbar.com
If you bump into myself or my cynical friend Jonathan, don't forget to say, "Hi". We might make up a few extra t-shirts too after the show, drop us an email if you're at all interested. The t-shirt designs were produced entirely on RISC OS with Artworks, Paint and Spr2PNG.
Ok, next is late show news. Briefly as it's way past our bedtime, R-Comp will be showing off their new interenet connection software DialUp2 and universal network printing software as well as various show offers. Aemulor.com will be flaunting their 26-bit emulator software for the true 32bit Iyonix computer. Don't forget, even if you don't go to the show, there's always their spiffy forums to chatter on if you feel like speculating and discussing your heart out. CJE have been very kind and, um, offered to sell products for companies who were unable to secure a stand at the show (oor er) as well as having just about everything possibly imaginable "in stock". Finally, www.riscos-usb.org kindly emailed us to say USB hardware developers Simtec will be giving a USB presentation at 1pm in the show theatre, as well as some general site news.
We will be taking photos and hopefully upload some interesting pictures plus editorial during the show, if possible (read, if there's an internet connection somewhere). Of course, have fun and a safe journey if you are going to the show.Related articles Wakefield 2008 show photos Wakefield 2008 show live news Wakefield 2008 show preview

Roll on over to iconbar.com - I've done a mini show report in the comments on the Heads Up article. It contains as much of the jucy Iyonics 32-bit info as I could remember. |

There's at least half a dozen facts you got very wrong, though. Also, please bother to take the time to spell "Iyonix" correctly. Dear dear. |
