drobe.co.uk pilfers elusive Omega

Mine! All mine! And we have the photos to prove it

Oh yes, drobe.co.uk has finally got its hands on an Omega and we have all the photos to prove it. With the aid of entai.co.uk, we've been given a thrilling, unique and independent insight into, and brace yourselves, an Omega being lifted out of a box and placed on a table. No less. For contractual legal reasons involving a third party, we cannot go into detail on how we were able to get hold of the Omega.

Over the past month or so, we've been drowning in photos of other Omegas appearing in Germany and we were feeling very left out having witnessed many exciting motherboard, box and case photos. Jules Zimmerle even took pictures of his Omega starting up leaving us to choke on our own jealous rage. But the tables have turned and we can also now bring you yet more photos of a device that's unreleased - an Omega, which incidentally we're told was on its way to Greece.

I'm reliably informed that the Guinea Pig is called Ix.

That's as in "Aye, yon Ix has just bitten a chunk out of the Omega". Now he'll have to regurgitate it under the GPL (the Guinea Pig Licence, silly).

Perhaps I'll go back to my coding now...
