More Expo 2003 photos

Can't get enough of them

It seems more photos from the RISC OS Expo 2003 show from last month are emerging. This week, Manuel Timmers has sent us a collection of photos from the event.

So what is there to see? Some posters of Artworks 2. An idle Iyonix and the insides of one. Jack Lillingston was also caught on camera. MicroDigital's motorbikes were out on show, but we're too incompetent to talk about them, sorry. Still, there was at least an Omega present on the MicroDigital stand. The show atmosphere was good, the show hall looking quite posh.

RISCOS.be's RiscPC powered telephone system. Good old A4 laptop, ARM 3 goodness. And more. Any one who whispers thumbnails will get exactly that, and it involves a hammer and pain.

There's also our own photos, taken by editor Peter who was at the show to witness the event first hand.

The Motorcycle looks like a 2 stroke Suzuki from the 50's or 60's probally a 50cc at a guess.

no it is in fact some new MD embedded RISC OS system.

The age of the bikes (i.e. ancient) may, if you wish, reflect on the ancient bits in a MD machine...

Now that is a well nice poster. I wonder if they are flogging them. Nooo.. must resist geekish urge! Then again the poster would be the only thing I'd be able to afford! :D

I took a shot at that poster to try out my camera. To see if things would still be readable. Ofcourse I scaled down the resolution before I sent them to Drobe. But if anyone wants the full 4Mpixel images. just email me.
