From my general impression most ARM's are aimed at embeded/mobile devices along the lines of mobile phones and network equipment, where as intel are pushing it's XScales into PDA's and may see some luck in light tablets.

Though I sometimes dream of massively parrellel systems based on cheaper ARM's, but that's more a dream than reality.
