Confirm comment report request

It might have been me that did the *help modules. However I didn't think to check the dates on them, I was mainly loking at how many of the ROM modules were replaced by softloaded ones. The answer was most of them. All the other machines (RPC, A9, VRPC) were running the exact same build dated 11th December 2005. That was one of the things RO Ltd were trying to highlight - that they are now using the same source to build all versions.
