Confirm comment report request

It might have stood more of a chance if it was at the top of the page, and the squares were twice the size and a tenth the price...

Without novelty bringing heavy traffic, and with most potential advertisers already well known by the readers of the site, I think it's hard to justify that price - they just wouldn't make their money back.
